Adaptive Sunday Service

Julie is the owner and founder of Be the Love. In this unique class, you will experience a chair-based yoga class filled with joy and a delightful meditation on the heart. If you like this, you’ll love Grace, Grit, and Growth.

Gentle w/ Meditation

Audrey is a mental health counselor, yogi, and a delightful gentle yoga and meditation teacher. In this 45-min class, you’ll get a little movement and a little meditation. You can find her in our On Demand Library.

Yoga for Your Last Nerve

Heather is an exceptional yoga teacher, with years of experience in body work, sports medicine, and private client work. Have back pain? Book a virtual session with her.
