Over the next eight weeks, we will dive into exciting and powerful concepts, embody mindfulness and yogic principles through movement, and cultivate a meaningful and sustainable meditation practice.
During this course, you will:
Learn how to recognize, accept, and even change your relationship with daily thoughts, emotions, and situations through the processes of Mindfulness;
Explore Mindfulness through various lenses, including scientific evidence of its effectiveness and importance;
Strengthen and support all of these practices with peaks into ancient yogic texts and philosophies.
