WHAT IS VIPASSANA?
Vipassana meditation is the practice of sitting with breath as your anchor. It’s a simple mindfulness practice that we’ll do our best to practice every day during our 8 weeks together.
LOOKING FOR MORE RESOURCES?
My favorite meditation app is Insight Timer. This free app is a great resource to support your home meditation practice. Not only is it full of awesome free content, but it allows you create your own meditation timer, which can be set to intervals and includes fun features like chimes and bells to signal beginning, any transitions, and the end of your meditation sessions.
