Day 4: Practice with Caitrin

 

Hey, yogi! My name is Caitrin. I teach Vinyasa and Gentle Yoga here at BTL, and I also lead our Yoga for Runners programs. I am inspired every day by the community here at BTL, and so grateful to be part of it. I hope you enjoy these classes, and if you’re a runner, or want to be, check out the 5k Beginner’s Running program or BTL Run Club with me!

Here’s a bit more about each class:

  • Gentle Yoga is for you if you like less transitions and longer poses, with a focus more on the mind and on easing tension in the body. We move slowly and with care, and we enjoy and luxuriate as we increase awareness and presence on the mat.
  • Vinyasa 2 Yoga is for you if you like a bit more movement with a challenging peak pose. If you have a regular yoga practice and are prepared to possibly sweat a bit, this class is for you!
