Here at Be the Love we love lacing up our sneakers, getting out on the trail, and feeling the freedom of a great run.
As a studio, we’re also partial to yoga.
And what we’ve found is that – with the right support, community, and resources, we can improve our run performance, prevent injury, and have a lot of fun supporting and encouraging each other as we go.
Whether you are new to running, new to yoga, or just looking for more community and support for both, we’ve got you covered.
With a variety of running + yoga programs to meet you where you are, and support you with where you want to go, the community here at BTL is here to support, encourage, and empower you to keep going.

BTL Run Club
It’s one part community, one part cross training, and a whole lot of encouragement and support to keep up the habit of running, get out into the world, and enjoy each stride, with the knowledge of all the support you’ve got right here.

Each month, we’ll provide you with:

Welcome, yogi-runner! Our run + yoga programs were inspired by our First 5k running program, which was just so inspiring and so much fun that we wanted a way to bring those good vibes into a wider variety of offerings.
Creating good habits, with the support of community, is such a fun way to build endurance, develop consistent movement habits, and have an extra excuse to get outdoors, move your body, and take care of yourself – with the support of yoga, mindfulness, and community.
This is a totally unique experience in movement that combines our love for the mindfulness and focus of yoga with the heart-pumping cardio and endurance of running. And with so many ways to practice with us, we’re sure to offer something that meets you exactly where you are.

Meet our Team
Hey, yogi-runner! My name is Caitrin. I’m a mom of two, an educator, and a long time runner. I found yoga after repeated injuries kept me off the pavement.
With the help of the flexibility, the pace, the strength, and the mindfulness of regular yoga practice, I was able to recover from injury and get back to my favorite way to clear my head: running.
If you’re looking for some support to develop the practice of running, if you want some community, accountability, or support for your running routine, or if you want to give yoga a try, but want something that’s going to help your needs as a runner, we’ve got the perfect program for you.
