And now, dear casual runner, you decided you are ready to take it to the next level.

You are ready to lace up those sneakers, hit the pavement, and slowly build some endurance.

You are ready to graduate from those casual 5k races and go for the next level of running: the illusive 10k.

It’s more miles. It’s a bit more training. But you know you can do it.

And with the support of a program that slowly progresses you from where you are, up to that 10k distance, and a coach, community, plus a lot of loving recovery and cross-training with yoga, you’ll have everything you need to get to the next level.

Meet Your Instructor

Caitrin was introduced to yoga as a way to supplement a running regiment that had left her sidelined with a hip injury. What began as a physical practice to allow her hip to heal quickly transformed into a practice that provided mental clarity and emotional healing. Caitrin completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training through Prana Power Yoga in 2013 and has since had the privilege of practicing with and learning amongst a variety of amazing teachers and students.

Off the mat, Caitrin is a licensed mental health counselor and a teacher at a therapeutic school. She believes strongly in the whole-body approach to health and loves that yoga offers a beautiful medley of physical health, mindfulness, and mental well-being. She believes that yoga offers a space to challenge oneself physically, while also challenging mental patterns that can stand in the way of achieving a greater happiness.


Join us for this 12-week progressive running program that will motivate you to get moving, stretch, strengthen, and run your first 10k with the support of a coach and an entire community of runners that are beginning where you are: casually completing a couple miles of running, ready to take it to the next level.


Yes. A little. This program is designed for people who can casually jog 2-3 miles, with breaks.


Each week, you will be given short runs and one longer-distance run. We start super slow, with walk/jogs to get in the habit of moving. By week 12, we’ll work up to a 10k or 6.2 miles.

This comprehensive and encouraging running program offers you everything you need to feel confident and comfortable to get up off your couch and slowly progress from walking, to jogging, to running, with plenty of cross-training support offered with pre-recorded yoga classes.
