Wow, wow, wow!! Friend, this is the FINAL week of the Couch to 5K program!

Over the past 11 weeks, you’ve worked hard on developing a running routine, supplementing your running with yoga, building strength and flexibility. 

I am SO happy you chose to take this journey.

I am relaxed and focused.

Lace up those shoes and head outside.

WEEK 12 SCHEDULE

Daily assignments for the week ahead:

  • M: Brisk walk 45 minutes, 5 min express: balance
  • T: 20 min yoga for runners: gentle
  • W: Walk 2 mins, jog 5 min x3, 10 min express: hips
  • Th: Rest
  • F: Walk 2 mins, jog 4 min x3, 5 min express: breathwork
  • Sa: Rest
  • Su: 5k!!
