Over the past 11 weeks, you’ve worked hard on developing a running routine, supplementing your running with yoga, building strength and flexibility.
I am SO happy you chose to take this journey.

WEEK 12 SCHEDULE
Daily assignments for the week ahead:
- M: Brisk walk 45 minutes, 5 min express: balance
- T: 20 min yoga for runners: gentle
- W: Walk 2 mins, jog 5 min x3, 10 min express: hips
- Th: Rest
- F: Walk 2 mins, jog 4 min x3, 5 min express: breathwork
- Sa: Rest
- Su: 5k!!
