WEEK 11 SCHEDULE

Daily assignments for the week ahead:

  • M: Brisk walk 45 minutes, 5 min express yoga: hips
  • T: 20 min yoga for runners: slow flow
  • W: Walk 2 mins, jog 5 min x5, 10 min express yoga: balance
  • Th: Rest
  • F: Walk 2 mins, jog 4 min x5, 5 min express yoga: glutes
  • Sa: Optional brisk walk 45 mins or Rest
  • Su: Jog 35-40 mins
