WEEK 11 SCHEDULE
Daily assignments for the week ahead:
- M: Brisk walk 45 minutes, 5 min express yoga: hips
- T: 20 min yoga for runners: slow flow
- W: Walk 2 mins, jog 5 min x5, 10 min express yoga: balance
- Th: Rest
- F: Walk 2 mins, jog 4 min x5, 5 min express yoga: glutes
- Sa: Optional brisk walk 45 mins or Rest
- Su: Jog 35-40 mins
