It’s the beginning of a new week- the perfect time to congratulate yourself for the effort you’ve put in thus far and to commit to the week ahead.
This 12-week program can feel like it is going by in a flash, or it can feel tremendously long.
Honor your feelings. Commit to this program one day at a time and celebrate little victories.

WEEK 8 SCHEDULE
Daily assignments for the week ahead:
- M: Brisk walk 45 minutes, 5 min express yoga: glutes
- T: 20 min yoga for runners: core flow
- W: Walk 3 mins, jog 5 min x4, 10 min express yoga: hamstrings
- Th: Rest
- F: Walk 2 mins, jog 8 min x3, 5 min express yoga: quads
- Sa: Optional brisk walk 45 mins or Rest
- Su: Jog 20 mins, walk 5 mins
