Daily assignments for the week ahead:
- M: Brisk walk 45 minutes, 5 min express yoga: upper body
- T: 20 min yoga for runners: gentle
- W: Walk 3 mins, jog 4 min x4, 10 min express yoga: upper body
- Th: Rest
- F: Walk 2 mins, jog 5 min x4, 5 min express yoga: core
- Sa: Optional brisk walk 45 mins or rest
- Su: Jog 15 mins, walk 3 min x2
