Day 2: Practice with Alisa
So glad to see you, yogi! My name is Alisa and I’ve been here at BTL since the beginning. I have to tell you how much I love this community, this practice, and the work I do in the yogi classroom. Today I’m offering three classes you’ll experience with me each week at our virtual studio: All-Levels, Vinyasa II, and Yin Yoga.
Here’s a bit more about each class:
- All Levels Yoga is your go-to class if you’re new to yoga, or have practiced in the past and want a good medium-level class to get a feel for who we are and how we teach.
- Vinyasa 2 Yoga is for you if you like a bit more movement with a challenging peak pose. If you have a regular yoga practice and are prepared to possibly sweat a bit, this class is for you!
- Yin Yoga is more your speed if you’re looking to stretch and release in long, luxurious shapes, and connect more with your inner self. We will stretch and feel each pose. Yin uses meridian lines to open and balance the whole body. It is a favorite here and I’m so glad to share it with you!
