Day 1: Practice with Julie

 

Hey, hey, friend! I am SO GLAD you’re here! Today we’ll be mixing it up with three options for practice with me: All-Levels, Gentle, and Vinyasa 3.

Here’s a bit more about each class:

  • All Levels Yoga is your go-to class if you’re new to yoga, or have practiced in the past and want a good medium-level class to get a feel for who we are and how we teach.
  • Restorative Yoga is more your speed if you’re looking to relax and unwind, stretch, and release in long, luxurious shapes, and connect more with your inner self. It is beautiful and one of my all-time favorite practices.
  • Vinyasa 3 Yoga is for you if you like a good challenge, have a regular yoga practice, and want to feel your own strength, balance, and breath – all in one warming, opening class!
