This 8-week program is filled with opportunities to meet the team, ask questions, and connect with other people outside of work zoom calls.

How to Prepare for this Program
(1) Schedule our weekly meetings in your calendar
Mondays at 7:30pm EST for 30 minutes
Course begins February 22nd
(2) Grab a copy of our LIVE class schedule.
(3) Plan out at least one class each week to go to. Bonus if you can get to a different teacher each week.
(4) Show up. Show up to our calls. Show up to the live classes. Be present. Say hello.
You got this, yogi! 90% of the work is believing yourself when you say you’re going to do something. So GO FOR IT – impress yourself.
