You are Invited to a Personal Retreat

It’s your time, yogi

Are you feeling strung out? Exhausted from decision fatigue? SO TIRED of being tired?

Maybe this is you.

You work all the time.

And yet – you’re not getting enough done.

Every day is a bit of the same.

You’re constantly deciding between what you have to do to keep life going, and your own need to feel like a whole person again.

And there is this bone-deep fatigue setting in.

The kind of fatigue that leaves you a grouchy, snappy, and just irritable.

The kind of fatigue that wears on your heart and feels a little sad.

We totally get it, mama.

Because we’re feeling it too.

It’s the kind of feeling that can’t be fixed in a single yoga class. Or with some “self-care” strategy.

You want your energy back.

You want your life back.

You know you need a real, deep, whole-body-and-mind reset.

You want to get to the other side of the stress.

You want to feel like yourself again.

“There is virtue in rest.”

– Alan Cohen

Times like these call for real self-care

You are invited to rest, dear yogi. In this 2-day virtual retreat, our team will guide you through practices that will help you reset your nervous system, bring ease and gentleness to your mind and body, and offer space for you to deeply rest and heal.

This virtual retreat includes a series of short classes that are filled with clear guidance and invitation, so you can build the practice and the care that you need in this moment, and in the moments to come.

“All that is important comes in quietness and waiting.”

– Patrick Lindsay

Self-care

Reset. Release. Recharge.

It’s your time, yogi. Time to release underlying tension. Time to let go of never-ending chores. Time to let our team take care of you. Reconnect with yourself. Time to come back to yourself, and remember the wisdom and depth you possess. We’re arranged the details. We’ve made the plans and created the program.

All you have to do is show up.

You deserve a chance to rest

Through this experience, you will begin to balance your nervous system, integrate physiological resiliency, and cultivate that deep internal awareness and wisdom that will guide you through continued rest and release in the weeks and months to come.

Classes are trauma-informed, accessible, and offer variations that create a beautifully accessible, curious, fun, and invitational practice.

Find a comfortable spot, turn the lights down low, and get ready to release, relax, and unwind.

This is your time to take care of you, yogi.

Cultivate Inner Calm

“Gentle yoga styles help to get the body out of stress-mode, release tension, calm the nervous system, gain clearer thinking, and even restore an overall sense of balance to the body, the mind and the soul.”

– Prana Shanti Yoga Centre

Release Stress from your tissues

“Gentle yoga relieves stress, increases flexibility, calms the mind, and strengthens the body. Gentle yoga, in particular, can be relaxing and help enhance range of motion. And, of course, a big benefit is that it’s accessible to people who can’t do a practice that requires a lot of flexibility and strength.”

– Rudy Pierce, Master Yoga Teacher, Kripalu

Improve Sleep

“Gentle yoga is particularly good for balancing digestive difficulties because its slow, rhythmic movement soothes and relaxes the nervous system. Done regularly, it can also improve sleep patterns. When I teach gentle yoga with yoga nidra, in particular, it has a huge impact on sleep—I’ve found that it can reduce and even cure insomnia.”

-Rudy Pierce, Master Yoga Teacher, Kripalu
