How to use this program

Welcome, yogi! We’re so happy to have you here. This page will be updated with information on how this program works so you can get the most out of your experience. 

How it Works

This is a self-paced yoga, journaling, and inquiry program designed to takes place over 12 weeks. You have the option to take multiple weeks all at once, or take your time and pace through the program as designed. While this program is meant to be experienced in order, you can certainly experience each week at your own pace and as your interest desires.

Your schedule is totally up to you! Feel free to repeat lessons or go back to your favorite material as much as you’d like!

Self-Paced Program

This is a self-paced program, which means that each week you’ll access the course, check out that week’s schedule, and plan out your experience and study. Feel free to adapt the program to meet your needs – either slowing down to study and inquire, or giving yourself more time on the mat with yoga classes.

If you find that you need more time, you are welcome to repeat any of the weeks lesson’s as many times as you would like.


Throughout this program we reference The Path of the Yoga Sutras book by Nicholai Bachman. It is not necessary to purchase the book, but it may help to have your own copy as you dive into this journey.
