When you start to look, you’ll find that there are SO MANY RESOURCES available to learn, practice, and try different meditation and mindfulness techniques. From free apps, to different techniques and methods, you can find just about anything you might be looking for.
First, here are a couple apps to try: Insight Timer, Spotify
Second, here are some meditation methods to learn about: Guided Visualization, Binaural Beats, Focused Attention, Loving-Kindness Meditation, Progressive Relaxation, Mantra Meditation, Mindfulness Meditation, Sound Bath / Sound Meditation, Resting Awareness, Reflection.
