Welcome to the final week of Mindfulness with Love, dear friends!
Here are your final week’s worth of materials, including a quick lecture video, an affirmations guided meditation, and a quick fix, all-inclusive morning practice which will help you incorporate mindfulness lessons, yoga, and meditation into less than twenty minutes. Although it’s best for the morning, feel free to practice any time!
