Week 6: Compassion and Self-Love

This is my favorite week! Make sure to practice the prerecorded metta meditation as much as you can, spend some time with the workbook and lecture, and do the at home exercises if you can — maybe even make it an indulgent and pampering experience by lighting some candles, playing your favorite music, having your favorite food and drink, and treat yourself.
