Wow, wow, wow!! Friend, this is the FINAL week of the Couch to 5K program! Over the past 11 weeks, you’ve worked hard on developing a running routine, supplementing your running with yoga, building strength and flexibility.
I am SO happy you chose to take this journey.

WEEK 12 SCHEDULE
Daily assignments for the week ahead:
- M: 3 mile run, 5 min express yoga: balance
- T: 20 min yoga for runners: gentle
- W: Speed work: jog 5 mins, fast run 3 mins, x3, 5 min walk
- Th: Rest
- F: 2-3 mile run
- S: Rest
- Su: 10K!!
