In this class, we’ll take it slow and easy with an overview of how to sit comfortably in yoga class. If you are new to yoga, this is a great place to begin. If you are familiar with yoga, and still find a bit of discomfort in your seat, this class will give you the space and time to find comfort and ease in a seated practice. 

Important note: if you prefer, you can do this entire practice in a chair. It is adaptive and accessible to all.
