Today we’re exploring Mantra, or a single-pointed focus that brings together mind, body, and actions. It is the essence of yoga: alignment, one-ness, union.
In practice beyond the mat, this skill of alignment leads to greater mental focus, better routines, and a sharper intellect.
In other words, this seemingly small thing is actually a really big deal.
So whether you’re looking to improve memory, break through brain fog, or be able to focus better, this practice is a MUST.
As with our past few days, we’ll continue to exercise that sensing-awareness (pratyahara) muscle, use that to check in with muscular and skeletal alignment in your seated position.
We’ll begin seated and move into accessible movement and work up to our first downward dog of the series.
