Alignment in body – in other words the muscular and skeletal alignments of your body in a physical yoga practice – leads to greater integrity, stronger muscles, and better posture. 

Alignment in body-mind-breath brings it a step farther: rewiring your neural pathways (the pathways that your brain uses to communicate the body) to improve proprioception (where your body is in space) and interoception (awareness of sensations inside the body). 


Here, we’re looking for support for your overall well-being.
