Maybe you used to practice in a studio, but these days, you’re just not ready to back… and you really miss that community vibe. 

In this virtual space, it’s just so easy to feel overwhelmed at the idea of starting something new. And with isolation, there is no one to ask. 

Well, friend, here at BTL: we are here to welcome you to the mat. The yoga mat, that is. 

In this 8-week program, you will meet the entire BTL team, learn about hot button yoga-at-home topics, ask questions, and connect with other people interested in wellness and wellbeing, just like you.

Live Schedule

Course begins Monday, February 22nd. Calls take place at 7:30pm EST for 30-minutes via zoom.


In addition to the LIVE calls each week, we have a private community message board where you can ask questions, connect with other members, and continue the conversation.


You will also have access to a recorded library of classes, and private course on our website, so you have everything you need to get started with us here at BTL.
