Vinyasa Flow (30 min)

Thursdays at 6:30am 

Get ready to ground into the present moment, connect with your breath, increase your blood flow, and boost your energy with this encouraging, energizing, and uplifting movement practice! 

Class may include breathwork, sun salutations, strength-based shapes, and encouragement to push to the edges of strength and stamina. It is accessible, and not over the top.

We strive to find space to meet you where you’re at, and give you encouragement to find what feels best for you in each class.

Class is mat-based movement. For equipment, we recommend two blocks and a strap. 

By the end of class, our goal is to work to help clear your mind, balance your brain, and leave you feeling energized, not exhausted.

Vinyasa flow will help you feel a little brighter, fuller, and more expressive so you can show up for whatever you face in your day ahead.
