Your Run + Strength + Yoga Program
This program is a mix of self-paced running, strength training, and yoga classes, along with weekly live coaching calls and check-ins. All workouts pre-recorded and delivered to your inbox each day.

Live Event Details
Live coaching calls takes place on Sundays at 8pm for 30 minutes.
Run program, handouts, and recorded strength training and yoga classes will be delivered to your inbox daily.
Bonus Practices
In addition to the live program, you’ll have a selection of some of our favorite ways to support you body as it gets stronger, including bonus restorative classes, gentle yoga, and simple stretches, along with our favorite mindfulness practices to keep your head in the game for 6 straight weeks.

How it Works

Weekly Coaching
This program is both live and self paced. The live calls, and the official start to our group program is Sunday 3/21.
Group meets weekly on Sunday nights at 8pm for a 30-minute check-in and coaching call for 6 weeks.
Strength Training + Yoga
When you sign up, you’ll get the PDF training packet and access to the recorded classes, so you can plan and prepare. We’ll start on week 1 beginning 3/21. You can start at any time.
