WHY we do this

There is something truly magical about beginning together. Whether it’s landing on the mat for the first time, or coming back to movement after years of rest, cross-training for a sport, or working on a health goal – when we begin together, there is this excitement and togetherness that makes the whole thing FUN. 

That’s why we reserve the month of May for 31 classes in 31 days: a daily movement challenge that we affectionately call Move More in May. 

For 31 days, we will move together. We will commit to diving into our own practice. 

And when it gets hard, when you stumble, we’re here to catch you, to draw you back in, to bring you into your own movement and practice. 

To discover your reason why. 

And to dive into what is non-negotiable. 

And to find the true motivation for why we show up. 

Because when we know that, everything else becomes much more clear. 

And suddenly the goals you’re after – they seem POSSIBLE. 

 

In 31 days, you will transform your experience with your body.

Motivated + Moving

If the idea of sweating to some high-energy HiiT classes, mixed with Vinyasa 2 and Vinyasa 3 sounds like your way to whip yourself into strong yogi condition, this program is for you! 

With Laura as your guide, you will get the motivation, encouragement, and support you need to get there.

LIVE classes start at 6 or 6:30am M-F. Classes are 30-45 minutes. All classes are recorded and can be done on-demand.

If variety is the spice of life, you’ll get the sampler platter. With a little bit of everything we offer, you will explore, try, and connect with our entire team, discover what works for you (and what doesn’t) and get enough variety to keep your attention going all month! 

With Jenn as your compassionate and caring guide, you will get the support, encouragement, and learning you need to get there.

LIVE class start times vary based on your schedule.  Most classes are 45 minutes. All classes are recorded and can be done on-demand.

Slow + Steady

If you are ready to start moving, but prefer a gentle, slow, and mindful approach to movement, this program is for you! With lots of adaptations, support, encouragement, and coaching, this program will support your body as it arrives, and offer a mindful, slow, and steady introduction to daily movement. 

With Heather as your smart, experienced, and deeply compassionate guide, you will get the tools and care you need to meet your body, mind, and being as it is today.

LIVE class start time is typically 9am or 12pm on weekdays and weekends, based on your availability.  Most classes are 60 minutes. All classes are recorded and can be done on-demand.

Meditation

If you’re looking for a more personal, quiet experience – this program is for you. With a deep dive into a variety of forms of meditation, practice with visualization, guided relaxation, and breathwork techniques, you will have a personal, self-guided experience unlike any other. 

With Audrey as your competent, caring guide, you will have all the support and tools you need to begin, cultivate, and advance your meditation practice.

Live coaching calls: Thursdays at 7:45pm

LIVE class start times are typically evenings at 6:30pm or 7:45pm.  Most live classes are 30 minutes or less. This program has a custom set of recorded meditations by Audrey, Ashley, and Julie.
