Welcome to Week 3. This week we’re creating steps to bring desire into reality.
One of my favorite quotes is “a goal without a plan is just a wish.”
So often we approach yoga practice, or new habits that way – with more of a wish, or a hope, than a plan and steps to actually bring them into reality.
Which is why we’re focused this week on an exercise to bring desire into action, with small steps and habits you can create to slowly, and steadily, bring that desire into your everyday life.
This week’s exercise includes:

Here’s what to do:
- Watch the video.
- Use the worksheets to create those habits
- Practice the daily habits for 7 days.
- Check back at the end of the week: what worked, what didn’t, and do the worksheets again, this time with more clarity.
- Which goals have you set because you think you “should” have that goal?
- Which desires feel fun, interesting, or inspiring?
- Do you feel like your desire is so pie-in-the-sky, that it’s not possible?
- What steps can you take to begin to make it feel more real?
