Day 8: Dirgha Pranayama or 3-part Breath
In today’s lesson, we’ll dive into Pranayama practice with Dirgha Pranyama or 3-part breath. This breath is a practice we typically will bring into classes, particularly for yogis new to breathwork as a practice.
