Day 20

Day 20: Sound Meditation

Meditation, as a practice, is a practice that brings the practitioner beyond conscious thought, and yet deepens sensation, subtle feeling, and connection.

“Yoga is the cessation of the movements of the mind.” – Yoga Sutras of Patanjali

During the next 3 days, we will experience 3 types of sound meditation: binaural beats, singing bowls, and instrumental music.

Today we will begin with binaural beats, isochronic tones, and delta brainwaves with artist The BrainWave Hub. For more on this style of sound experience, read this article. For more on the BrainWave Hub, you can follow on YouTube, Insight Timer, or on their website.

This is one of my absolute favorite sound meditation tracks. It’s something I regularly listen to when I need a physical or physiological boost. And something I am so excited to share with you today.
