Day 12: Gentle Yoga + Yoga Nidra
Today we’re offering you TWO ways to practice: one with movement, one without. Fun fact about yoga & meditation: the practice of yoga asana (or postural, physical yoga) was adapted and developed over millennia to support the body so that the mind could more readily access meditation and the bliss that can come through regular practice. That’s why today we’re offering you both a gentle yoga practice, with meditation at the end, and a 30-minute Yoga Nidra Class. Enjoy!
