Day 1: Welcome

Today we’re welcoming you with an audio file (to try out this new format) and a Breath Awareness meditation. You can use this first day as a chance to get familiar with the formats and various ways of practice. Note: about half of the days we’ll have a video file, and about half will be audio. Enjoy!
