Vinyasa Flow

Get ready to ground into the present moment, connect with your breath, increase your blood flow, and boost your energy with this encouraging, energizing, and uplifting movement practice!

Movement Style

Classes may include breathwork, sun salutations, strength-based shapes, and encouragement to push to the edges of strength and stamina. It is accessible, and not over the top.

We strive to find space to meet you where you’re at, and give you encouragement to find what feels best for you in each class.

Class is mat-based movement. For equipment, we recommend two blocks and a strap.

By the end of class, our goal is to work to help clear your mind, balance your brain, and leave you feeling energized, not exhausted.

Vinyasa flow will help you feel a little brighter, fuller, and more expressive so you can show up for whatever you face in your day ahead.

What is Vinyasa?

Vinyasa flow is movement with breath. If you have a busy mind, or tend to push yourself beyond comfort and ease, this class will help you find balance, focus, and slow the stream of thought into a more clear, conscious pattern of thinking.

Benefits of Vinyasa Practice

Regular vinyasa flow practice will reduce stress, improve memory and cognition, improve self-awareness, and increase attention.

Here at BTL, we encourage you to suspend judgement, come into better relationship with self, become conscious of how thought patterns may affect performance, and approach movement with warmth and kindness for ourselves. We encourage breaks, and finding that comfortable place where you can find ease, mobility, and a sense of freedom in your tissues.
