Get ready to ground into the present moment, connect with your breath, increase your blood flow, and boost your energy with this encouraging, energizing, and uplifting movement practice! 

Movement Style

Classes may include sun salutations, strength-based shapes, and encouragement to push to the edges of strength and stamina. It is accessible, and not over the top. We meet you where you’re at, and give you encouragement to find the level of effort that fits where you’re at. Class is mat-based movement. We recommend using two blocks. The goal of this class is to work to help clear your mind, balance your brain, and leave you feeling energized, strong, encouraged, and ready to take on the day.

Power Flow is based on predictability, offering you the chance to clear your mind and strengthen the body. We weave in inspiration and encouragement to keep you grounded, present, and finding that edge.

Benefits of Power Flow

Regular power flow practice will reduce stress, strengthen the body, increase attention, and build deeper self-awareness and self-confidence. Here at BTL, we encourage you to suspend judgement, come into better relationship with self, become conscious of how thought patterns may affect performance, and approach movement with warmth and kindness for ourselves. We encourage breaks, and finding that comfortable place where you can find ease, mobility, and a sense of freedom in your tissues.
