An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Prepare for a delightful dive into light movement that offers a mix of breath, stretch, and light strength, all to prepare you for that delightful after-yoga glow.
Classes are Hatha-style yoga and may include breathwork, light stretching, strength-based shapes, and encouragement to find what feels best for you. We keep pace and poses at a comfortable medium, with opportunities to go further and find a bit of a push, and options to go easy and find a nice, gentle flow.
Class is mat-based movement. For equipment, we recommend two blocks, a yoga blanket or towel, and a strap.
What is All-Levels?
All-levels yoga adapts to the person on the mat. Here, we introduce shapes, offer some details for what to focus on in that shape, and give you plenty of time to access it, without staying in it too long.
Benefits of All-Levels Practice
Regular all-levels practice will reduce stress, improve memory and cognition, improve self-awareness, and improve overall strength and flexibility.
Here at BTL, we encourage you to suspend judgement, come into better relationship with self, become conscious of how thought patterns may affect how you show up in life. We approach movement with warmth and kindness for ourselves. We encourage breaks, and finding that comfortable place where you can find ease, mobility, and a sense of freedom in your tissues.
