Restorative Yoga (45 min)

This is your self-care weekly practice to release, relax, let go, and unwind in a calm, relaxing, and wonderfully comforting class you can do in your pjs.
Classes are floor-based. Practice happens in your comfortable clothes. We recommend dressing in layers and wearing warm socks. No mat needed.
Poses are relaxed shapes on the ground, with the use of props including blankets, pillows, blocks, and any other soft, supportive materials you have nearby.
We recommend turning down the lights, practicing in low light or candlelight, in a relaxing environment that allows you to unwind.
This class is beginner accessible, and recommended for those looking to advance their yoga practice.
