Get ready to ground into the present moment, connect with your breath, increase your blood flow, and boost your energy with this encouraging, energizing, and uplifting movement practice!
Class may include sun salutations, strength-based shapes, and encouragement to push to the edges of strength and stamina. It is accessible, and not over the top. We meet you where you’re at, and give you encouragement to find the level of effort that fits where you’re at.
Class is mat-based movement. We recommend using two blocks.
The goal of this class is to work to help clear your mind, balance your brain, and leave you feeling energized, strong, encouraged, and ready to take on the day.
