In this floor-based practice, we’ll begin on the ground, offering care to the back and shoulders, with some key supportive alignments to help the small muscles in the neck, shoulders, and spine begin to relax.
From there, we’ll open up the base of the body: legs, hamstrings, and hips. We’ll do a gentle joint opening series on our backs, and, maybe, we’ll leave class feeling a little lighter, a little easier, and a little more relaxed.
This is meant to be a gentle, supportive practice, so keep the word EASE in mind as we get started together today.
