Here at Be the Love, we are a welcoming, encouraging, and supportive community of yogis and yoga teachers.

We are here to usher you into practice with all the tools and support you need to make it your own.

That’s why we offer a range of classes and instructors who are skilled at meeting you where you are, coaching you on adaptations and modifications, and offering suggestions on what to try so that you get what you need out of your time on the mat.

Your First 30 Days Schedule


Week 1

We’ll start off gentle and easy, with short and gentle classes to help build the habit of practice with ease. 

Week 2

In Week 2, we’ll introduce you to different styles and teach you about those styles, so you can find the class that suits you.

Week 3 

Variety is the spice of life! We’ll add in a mix of just about everything we’ve got to keep you engaged and curious. 

Week 4

We’ll finish strong, and pepper in plenty of opportunity for rest and relaxation and what we do, as regular yogis, to regularly manage stress. 


PLUS, you’ll have our entire live schedule to try as much as you’d like. Take live classes, do the recordings, learn from our team, and see the changes that start to come when your practice begins.
