Day 9: Growth

Let’s talk about growth.

Everything that happens in your life, every dream that you have, it all begins with an idea. A thought. A feeling. 

Today, we’re going to dive into growth: what that means in this program, what it means for you in the year ahead, and what it looks like, based on your personal scale of satisfaction. 


Today’s worksheet is based on an exercise I personally love from The Miracle Morning written by Hal Elrod.

In this exercise, you’ll begin with a list 10 areas of your life that are important to you. We provide the suggested list according to Miracle Morning. 

Feel free to modify the suggested list so that it makes sense for you. However, we do urge you to stay as consistent with the suggested list as possible.

Once you have your list, grab some colored pencils, crayons, or markers, and begin to color code each category. 

Then, go to page 2. Label and color code each section. 

Once each section is labeled, go through each category and on a scale of 1-10, rate how satisfied you feel with each area of your life. 

It’s important to be honest here, as this exercise will be the basis for how we build out goals in the days to come.
