Day 6: Acknowledge Your Grit

A note for you

You’ve been though hard things, yogi. Life does not bring any of us to the mat without our fair share of challenge and a call for growth. 

Acknowledging that you’ve been through hard things, acknowledging your own strength, resiliency, and tenacity to push through, that matters, friend. 

Because when life throws you a curve ball, as it did in 2020, you will be more present and aware of your strength, your commitment to pulling through, and most importantly: the knowledge that you will be able to come out the other side of that challenge a little wiser, a little stronger, and a little more aware of who you are.

Today’s exercise is similar to yesterday: you have two ways to journal or list the things that you’ve been through, the things you’ve survived, the things you’ve lost, and the moments where you have risen.

Take your time with this one. Feel free to put it down if you need more space to think.

But, please, do not skip this exercise. It’s so important for you to know your strength, to remember it, and to honor it.

You are who you are because of what you’ve grown through. We want you to feel strong today, and Laura is here to help you feel that strength in today’s workout.
