In this class, expect a review of our foundational shapes: tabletop, down dog, and mountain pose (tadasana). We’re building into muscular engagement in our yoga shapes and preparing for some more yoga breakdowns in the next few days.

Today’s class is an introduction to some concepts such as positioning your feet in a way that protects the ankles, knees, and hips, by becoming aware of the tendency you may have to rotate or protonate the feet.
This class is also more physical. Don’t worry too much if it feels like a lot: this is just a bar and measure to see where you’re at.
