With the oppressive heat of midsummer in our midst, August is the perfect time to rest, relax, and release stress. That’s why we created a schedule that includes a few additions that prioritize release, relaxation, and taking care of oneself.
All of our classes are online, through our website. Most stream right to our website, where you can make comments and chat with other live attendees. Our 9am classes are typically on zoom.

All Levels – Tuesdays @6:30am (30 min) | Tuesday mornings are winding down a bit easier, with a gentle All-Levels class to start your day. Expect to start on your back, relax a bit before getting into an accessible flow that will be sure to wake you up, open your body + mind, and leave you feeling both relaxed and ready for the day ahead.
Heather Maternity Leave | Heather’s last class before maternity leave is Tuesday 8/23. She will be out on extended leave through the fall, so make sure to join her on Tuesday mornings for her amazing gentle class while she’s still on the live schedule!
New Live Online Classes
New classes that prioritize rest to help beat the heat, stay cool, and calm that busy, anxious mind.
Rejuvenate – Thursdays @10:30am (30 min) | This is a new yin-meets-myofascial class that is just everything you need to rest, recharge, and release tension. Whether you’re trying to beat the summer heat, or just really enjoy relaxing, this is a great class to try.
New Moon Rest + Renew – Saturday 8/27 @8:30am (60 min) | Each month this fall, we have a once-per month chance to unwind, recharge, clear your heart and mind. Class includes a meditation, a few restorative shapes, and ends with intention setting. This is 60 minutes to allow time to really get into the vibe and leave feeling rested and recharged.
Full Moon Circle — Live on Zoom — Thurs 8/11 @7:30pm | Let’s gather on zoom! This is a place where we share, celebrate, get inspired, connect, and leave feeling really joyful and connected. Connection is a critical part of wellbeing. We NEED each other. So grab a tea (or wine!) and we’ll connect, converse, and celebrate with the moon. You’ll leave feeling inspired, energized, and joyful! Circle is 90 minutes.
