Day 5: Meet the Rest of the Team
Well, friend, it’s Day 5 and we hope you’ve had as much fun as we have! Today we wanted to offer you a taste of some of our other team members: Ashley, Cailin, and Laura.
Here’s a bit more about each class:
- All Levels Yoga with Cailin is just always a treat. She has such a bright and joyful personality, we’re so glad to have her here as a part of our team.
- All Levels with Ashley is one of many offerings Ashley brings here at BTL. Her other specialty: offering short, 30-45 minute Vinyasa 2 Classes to get you moving first thing in the morning.
- HIIT Fitness with Laura is the morning workout we all need to get motivated and stay fit, with the encouragement and guidance of a truly awesome coach.
