Friend, we are cruising through this program together! It’s the beginning of a new week. Take a few moments to review the intention, inspiration, and motivation pages from your workbook.

WEEK 7 SCHEDULE

Daily assignments for the week ahead:

  • M: Brisk walk 45 minutes, 5 min express yoga: upper body
  • T: 20 min yoga for runners: gentle
  • W: Walk 3 mins, jog 4 min x4, 10 min express yoga: upper body
  • Th: Rest
  • F: Walk 2 mins, jog 5 min x4, 5 min express yoga: core
  • Sa: Optional brisk walk 45 mins or rest
  • Su: Jog 15 mins, walk 3 min x2
