From myofascial release, to yoga nidra, restorative yoga, and a rainy day gentle class — we’re here to offer you a mix of active rest, pajama yoga, and a delightful way to practice self-care.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a specific form of meditation that uses rotations of consciousness, intention setting, and imagery to physically relax the body. This practice is best done reclined somewhere where it’s ok to fall asleep. Learn more about Yoga Nidra in this video on our YouTube channel.
