Day 15: Nadi Shodhana
Nadi Shodhana, or alternative nostril breath, is a supportive breathwork practice that balances the two hemispheres of the brain. Through regular practice, alternate nostril breath will provide better focus, improved attention and retention, and help the body relax into the rest, digest, and heal. Nadi Shodhana can support reduce chronic stress and provide continued and regular improved memory and attention. This practice is often integrated into yoga and can also be used as a standalone daily practice.
