A month after we moved to Maynard, mid-renovation in our 110-year old home, I found myself guardian to my special needs nephew (age 5 at the time). Years into one of the most challenging times of my life, I sought out yoga as a refuge to the stress which was living in a small house, with two busy kids, and two dogs, trying to piece together joy in between some really hard, emotionally straining circumstances.
